Terms and Conditions – Canine and Feline Giveaways

These Terms and Conditions apply to all competitions operated by Phat Pony Ltd registered in England and Wales under company reference number 15812156, trading as Canine and Feline Giveaways. By entering any of our competitions, you agree to be bound by these terms.

The promoter is Phat Pony Ltd, trading as Canine and Feline Giveaways, registered in England and Wales.

Eligibility

Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Proof of age will be required before any prize is dispatched.

Competitions are open to UK residents only, unless otherwise stated.

Employees or affiliates of Phat Pony Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible.

 

 

Entry Requirements

A correct answer to a skill-based question is required to purchase tickets.

Entries can be made via our website or by post.

Each competition page lists the total number of tickets and the price.

The competition closes once all tickets are sold.

Draws are held at 7:00 PM UK time on the Friday after the last ticket is sold, live on our social channels.

 

Draw and Winner Selection

Winners are selected in line with the National Lottery draw. The bonus ball on the specified draw date is the winning ticket.

Instant win entries will be notified by email immediately. 

The winner is contacted by email to confirm their win and the address we should post their prize too. Where applicable we will also confirm prize size or colour choice within the confirmation email. 

If the winner does not respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to redraw an select and alternative winner.

 

Prize Delivery

Prizes are shipped via Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, or a licensed courier.

Shipping costs are covered by us unless stated otherwise.

Delivery times may vary depending on the prize.

 

 

Winner Announcement & Publicity

Winners are asked for consent before publishing their name or photo.

If declined, only their ticket number is announced.

 

 

Prizes

Each competition page provides full prize details.

No cash alternatives are available unless explicitly stated.

Prizes are non-transferable.

 

 

 

Refund Policy

No refunds are issued once an entry is submitted, unless legally required.

 

 Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify anyone who:

• Provides false information

• Fails to meet eligibility

• Uses bots, scripts, or automated systems

·       An entry will be deemed void (without refund) if the entrant engages in:

(a) Fraud (actual or attempted);
(b) Fraudulent misrepresentation;
(c) Fraudulent concealment;
(d) Hacking or interference with the website;
(e) Unauthorized modification or use of website code.

 Legal Classification

These competitions are skill-based and not classed as lotteries under the Gambling Act 2005.

A free entry route is always available.

Free Postal Entry

You may enter the competition for free by complying with the following conditions:

(I) Send your entry on an unenclosed postcard using 1st class or 2nd class stamps to the Promoter at the following address: Canine and Feline Giveaways, 82 Colchester Road HA8 0RB

(II) Include with your entry the following information: your full name, your address, a contact telephone number and email address; and your chosen competition exactly as displayed on the website, please also include your answer to the Competition Question from the possible answers shown on the website.

(III) Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified;

(IV) You may make free entries for any competition but each free entry must be submitted and posted to the Promoter separately. Bulk entries in one envelope will not be accepted as multiple entries and if a bulk entry is received, it will be counted as one single entry;

(V) By entering one of our competitions, you are confirming that you are eligible to enter and accept our terms and conditions;

(VI) Your entry must be received by the Promoter at least 3 days prior to the Draw Date or earlier if the draw closes early, this is to allow the promotors time in which to process your entry. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the random draw;

(VII) The Promoter will not be able to acknowledge receipt of your entry nor confirm if your answer to the Competition Question is correct. All eligible postal entries will be added.

(VIII) If the number of paid entries reaches any cap or limit before your free entry is received, you will not be entered into the random draw.

(IX) Only one free entry per competition may be made per person or per household. If we deem one person is attempting to enter using multiple names and/or addresses all associated entries will be voided.

(X) Sending a postal entry does not guarantee entry to the draw. Postal entries will not be counted if the prize has already been drawn.

No content may be copied or reused without written permission.

We are not liable for technical faults, lost entries, or courier delays.

Our liability is limited to the ticket price paid.

These Terms are governed by English law.
